How to Use Jail Log to Find Inmates in Vigo County Jail?
If you want to find an inmate from the Jail Log, go to the website.
Search for Vigo County inmates
Please type the four characters from the image in the input box and then click on the "Validate" button. Then the Jail Log website will display a list of all inmates presently housed in the Vigo County Jail, including their last name, first name, middle name, book date, and release date.
All inmate records are ordered by book date, newest to oldest.
To learn more about the inmates, click on the "View More" icons on the left. You will see the photo, charges (code, court date, court type, court name, status, offense date, arrest date, arresting agency, bail type, and bond amount), and demographic information of the inmate.
If you want to locate an inmate more quickly, you can use the online search function on the website. Enter the first and/or last name in the related search field(s) and then click on the "Search" button. The first letter of the first or last name is the minimal information required for a successful search.

Vigo County Jail Visitation
There are two types of video visitation provided by the Vigo County Jail: onsite video visitation and remote video visitation.
To make an onsite video visit, you need to schedule the visit at least 24 hours in advance in the InmateSales app and click the Schedule Video Visitation.
Each inmate is allowed one free onsite visit per week.
To make a remote video visit, you also need to schedule the visit at least 24 hours in advance. Open the InmateSales app and then click Remote Video Visitation. You will be redirected to the InmateSales-View app to complete your already scheduled video visitation.
